METHODOLOGY
[EN] Immersive performance is an intimate and immediate form of contemporary performance that has been developing over the past 15 years in Northern Europe and the USA. A form of event in which the public is free to choose what they want to see and where to go. This typology is related to itinerant theatre although the dynamics and the relationship with the public are very different, because there is not a single possible route and the viewer has the possibility to build his own path and dramaturgy. It is preferable to use the site-specific and site-sympathetic terms to describe this type of work. Some contents of the residence:

[IT] La performance immersiva è una forma intima ed immediata di performance contemporanea che si è sviluppata negli ultimi 15 anni nell'Europa settentrionale e negli Stati Uniti. Una forma di evento in cui il pubblico è libero di scegliere ciò che vuole vedere e dove andare. Questa forma di evento è legata al teatro itinerante, anche se le dinamiche e il rapporto con il pubblico sono molto diverse, perché non esiste un solo percorso possibile e lo spettatore ha la possibilità di costruire il proprio percorso e drammaturgia.
